    Andy`s Dragon 1/35 Huey UH-1D

    Evenin` guys,
Well, here`s my offering..... probably the ugly duckling of the GB,but there`s just something about a Huey that has always grabbed me:thumb2:,
Being very much an armour guy, this is obviously way out of my comfort zone, but i just can`t wait to get stuck into it:tongue-out3:!!
This won`t be happening until i`ve finished my Gun Truck mind, although i reckon that`ll be done by end of play Friday night:nerd:.
Anyway, enough of my drivel ...... `ere be pics...........

I got fed up with the pics being turned 90 degrees and therefore becoming hard to see details, hence i removed those affected. It`s the first time it`s happened to me and gotta admit it`s ******** frustrating!! I`ll try and see what i can manage and try inserting them into the relevant spots!:dizzy:
    Cheers for now,
    Andy

That looks like a nice kit, I'm looking forward to seeing the progress.

Strength isn't about what you can do, rather it's about overcoming what you thought you couldn't do.

                    Well then guys,
Some of you might have seen my recent Thread requesting info on how best to overcome etch?!......
... Don`t get me wrong,i`ve tackled the stuff in several builds previously, but ALWAYS avoided the really teeny weeny stuff, and,to be honest, struggled with the larger bits sometimes!!:fearful:
                    Anyway,I have started the Huey,(Well,i say "Started":tears-of-joy:!!),......
...... you`ll see my reasoning for asking about the etch stuff now.........,destructions........

my absolute progress on removing stuff that i`m SURE will be beneficial ......

Looks good Andy. Is that “Ride of the Valkyries “ I can hear in the distance?

                        Hi Andy
Good luck. I've only ever built one helicopter and it drove me demented. Nice to see the figures included.

"Ride of the Valkyries" may well end up being substituted with "The death march" on this kit!!:tears-of-joy::tears-of-joy:
